As the founder of this woman-owned micro-bakery in the heart of Paulding County, Georgia, I am passionate about creating delicious, naturally leavened and long-fermented sourdough that brings people together.

What started as a little baking adventure for me (Joane), has blossomed into something wonderful, especially with my husband Kevin jumping in to help as things got busier. Together, we’re committed to fostering connections and spreading joy through our love of bread.
